Yoga works to benefit your body by balancing your body, mind and soul. The main difference between different types of yoga is the source that you aim to alter or perfect. Some yoga types benefit the mind, some have many physical benefits and some types have spiritual benefits. Some techniques may have two of these benefits and some will benefit all three.
